I have been using various PenAgain models (mostly the ErgoSof) for several years. It only took a few minutes to get used to writing with one and the payoff has been significant. Writing with a PenAgain is more comfortable and causes far less fatigue than writing with any other kind of pen.
The ErgoSleek Metal design does not offer an improvement in comfort over the other PenAgains, but it is nicer looking and tougher. I think it makes a more professional impression than the plastic models.
My only regret is that the ErgoSleek Metal uses a proprietary ink cartridge. Previous models all took standard "multi-pen" refills and stylus inserts.

You think your blackberry or iphone is cool? How about the internet...you think that is cool? Well can any of those cure writer's cramp? I didn't think so.
Thomas Jefferson and virtually all our forefathers are now turning in their graves at the thought of a pen that actually prevents fatigue as you write. Say goodbye to your quills and feathers, daddy'os, and even say goodbye to your BICs and virtually any other pen you've ever owned. This is the real deal.
I've increased the amount of words I can write in a given sitting, while decreasing about 95% of the fatigue and crampiness I usually get from writing, and it's all thanks to the PenAgain.
