Great pocket pen January 6, 2007 Jeff Clark (San Antonio, TX USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
While not my choice for writing a long letter, the configuration of this pen makes it perfect to have in your pocket. The pen is small and closes by pushing together, eliminating worries about having a pen come open and causing an ink stain. The cartridge itself is good quality and produces a smooth easy line. This is a great every day pen for signing credit card slips and jotting quick notes.
Great little pen October 24, 2006 M. Fleig (Rochester, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am a total fan of this little pen. It is convenient and compact. It may feel a little odd initially. However, I now find it very comfortable. I especially like its compact nature - I can put it in my pocket without worrying about ink staining the pocket. It has an excellent glide over paper. My one criticism is that the ink isn't permanent. Therefore, I wouldn't use it to address envelopes (if the postman is trying to deliver in the rain, the address will run something fierce). This is just a small criticism though. I am completely satisfied with this pen.
Looks good "on paper" but not so hot in your hand March 10, 2006 Dom Miliano (Denville, NJ USA) 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
Cross, is there a better, more famous name in the pen business? I have been a pen guy for years and I bought my first Cross in 1969 (geeze, am I that old?). I bought this cool looking pen for my wife as a pocket book / check book pen. She hated it - stating that it felt odd in her hand. I tried it and felt that it would be OK to jot a quick note, but not as a real writing instrument. The refills are OK - smooth with a decent capacity. but the pen is not what I expected from one of the finest pen makers in teh world.
