Almost Great August 29, 2008 John M. Getz (seminole, fl United States) I bought two pair of these about six months ago when they were 15.99 and the only problem with them is they did'nt fit my head. But being creative, I cut the very back of the glasses in the middle and put a 1 1/2 inch long piece of small clear tubing to re-connect the back and they work great. Even though they adjust on the sides, Clic needs to make them to fit people with 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 hat size heads. So they are almost great.
Clic Glasses July 25, 2008 Lawrence J. Friedman (Stockton, Ca. USA) A wonderful product. I was glad that I discovered them. Now I don't have to hunt for a pair of magnifing glasses.
These are the BEST!!!! July 23, 2008 Cynthia J. Yost (Snohomish county,WA) I have a size 7 3/8 head, and am scatterbrained sometimes. I've lost, I'm guessing, around 20 pairs of glasses in the 10 years since I started needing them. Then I bought a pair of these a year ago. I go in for weird designs for ANYTHING if they look like a solution to my problem (I DO love Kelso Earth shoes, for one), these glasses ARE. The earpiece length is adjustable, and once I got used to the very light pressure they rest on my shoulders with, I LOVED them. They are ALWAYS handy, yet NEVER in the way, and CANNOT fall off, even with the most violent sneezing. The nosepiece magnet still works like new after the glasses being opened and closed a gajillion times. The hinges on the ends of the lenses permit them to be swung through almost 360 degrees, so when you aren't using them, you can position them at any angle. And they're a conversation piece, too, perfect strangers see me pulling the lenses apart and exclaim,"Did you just break your GLASSES?" And they never get LOST, kind of the optometric equivalent of idiot mittens. I hope NEVER to have to wear a different style of eyeglasses!
CliC Readers Awesome July 19, 2008 C. Lynn (Waddy, KY United States) I purchased the CliC Readers because I was always losing my regular readers and thought I could keep up with these. They are great. I am a nurse, so I just leave them hanging around my neck & they are right there when I need them. I do get a few stares & questions when I put them on, because it looks like your glasses are broken, but they are actually held together with a magnet at the nosepiece. The only drawback is that they are not adjustable to head size....they fit me perfectly, but if someone had a bigger head in circumference, it would be a problem. Overall, I am very pleased!
Fabulous June 20, 2008 Kathy Yert (Jonesboro, GA United States) Ever since I saw the product on This Old House, I searched the internet to find it. These readers are very convenient and easy to use. The fit is adjustable at the earpiece and I can wear them around my neck and they do not interfere with my work or even the seat belt in my truck. I highly recommend them!
