Product Description
This is a New Fisher Space Pen, Model #SAFP5 Chrome Retractable Space Pen. It comes with black ink and a fine point. This is a retractable all metal pen with Red, White, and Blue colors. This pen is 5" long and the barrel is .320 which is a standard sized pen, and has a tapered, ridged grip and a pocket clip. It comes carded as shown below. This pen comes with a PR4F fine point, black ink refill and uses the standard "PR" series refills. This refill was developed for NASA and has been used on EVERY Space Shuttle mission both American and Russian. They are hermetically sealed with a specially formulated thixotropic ink and pressurized to about 35 PSI. They are the only refills that will write at any angle because they do not rely on gravity, and have a shelf life of 100 years.

I really like the style of this pen but in my opinion the ink does not flow as well from this pen as other Fisher Space pens I've bought. The ink does not flow well and it doesn't really cover well either. I've thought about returning this pen to the Manufacturer because of this issue but I have not done that yet. I did receive the pen quickly from the Seller though.
