I found my dealer through the pilot/namiki website. I read an article talking about how great this pen is. I was very excited to finally receive it in the mail. I also read some articles about the made-in-USA noodler's ink and bought four bottles with the fountain pen. However, the pen was terrible. It makes loud scratching noise when you write and the ink flow was moody. Sometime you get ok flow, sometimes you can barely see the words you are writing. Then one day, I saw some people talking about how sensitive this pen with the ink. So I followed the suggestion and bought the pilot/namiki ink for fountain pen in both black and blue. Since then, the pen works perfectly. Very smooth and no noise. I also found out that the ink situation also applies to other pilot pen.
