I ordered this pen with 2 other Cross pens a few days ago and I received a cancellation notice for this pen (from Shoplet - the seller)alone (while the other 2 pens from other sellers are right on track, as yet). They sent me an apology e-mail saying that the product is not in stock. If that was the case, they should have informed me before I went ahead and purchased it. In fact, I still see in the product page that it says the product is "In Stock". I had purchased these pens as a gift for my family members and there is no way I can re-order another one and have it shipped in on time without shellling out quite a bit of extra-money (totally uncalled for if I received better service). I do see a good review for this guy before mine, and I might be that ONE unlucky guy. But again, I gotta put forward my qualms too. With my experience, I wouldn't use this seller another time or recommend them to anybody either.

The company sent me an incorrect item, but the customer service person dealt with the situation nicely. They gave me full refund and also let me keep the pen I received (incorrect one). Good company.

The pen is well-balanced, beautifully styled and most comfortable in the hand. Well worth the cost and even better than most pens of equal or greater cost.
