I agree 100% with the previous review about this parker vector pen. I have had mine for 10 years and it is without a doubt the best I have had and I am currently getting a second as a backup in case I lose the one I use constantly. I am always asked about what I write with and where did I get it etc.(it is also not the type of "professional calligraphy" pen that would require you to have top notch skill or even any skill at all, I in fact use it for everyday usage & the nibs are such that this is a perfect pen for those with little or no calligraphy experience). I have tried numerous other cheaper (and on some occassions even more expensive imitations) but none could touch the quailty, performance, durability & reliability of this parker. Save yourself the hassle of inconsistent ink dispensed, or worse - ink your clothes & hands and definitely the money you will spend trying to find something that will serve you better than this parker... you will NOT find it!

If like me your handwritting is important to you, that you like people commenting on it..or you need to have it so that its unquestionable as to wrote that note, or order. Invest in a Parker Product! I have used other calligraphy pens and hands down Parker is the best! For a pen with its own ink supply. For everyday writting I use a vector roller ball..it will out do any gel pen I've tried. The ink lasts and doesn't skip. At work..there is not person who will take my parker! I hunt them down! This vector I've had 15 yrs..its case is beat up. It has charactor! but never has failed me. I have the brushed jotter, for cards and checks ect..best ballpoint to. I give any of there products five stars plus 10.
